Search the thousands of lists that you can save and edit to your class. Create a class, give them a list to practice with then let them compete in a Vocabulary Jam to see if they know the word meanings by definition or in context in a sentence.

The Most Magnificent Thing
A girl and her dog set out to make the most magnificent thing. When it doesn't go as planned and she gives up, her pal helps her develop a growth mindset to try again.
Suggested Class Activities
1. Students write a letter to their brain giving it a positive self talk to be succesful.
2. Create a Growth Mindset Poster for encouragement through testing season.
Novel Effect
This month's SEL book is on Novel Effect and would be great to read aloud with your students. Remember you can stop, start and go back in your book and novel effect gives the soundscape based on where you are reading in the book.

- Students must have a hall pass when coming to check out a book.
- Students can only check out 2 books at a time.
- Bring back books they need to check in.
- Full class check out is scheduled in advance
