Trail Guide 03.12.23

Liberty Creek Elementary

Good evening Liberty Creek Families,

Happy Daylight Savings as we SPRING forward into warmer weather. Our teachers are looking forward to scheduling a time to meet with you during parent/teacher conferences, March 24th-March 31st.. You should have received a Sign Up Genius last week. If not, please reach out to your child's classroom teacher.

Spring conferences are always an exciting time of year as our teachers look forward to sharing all the progress your child has made over the past few months, along with the goals they would like to accomplish by the end of the school year.

During conference week, your child's schedule will look a little different. They will have an earlier lunch (K-10:40-11:05, 1st-11:40-12:05, 2nd-11:10-11:35) as dismissal is at 12:30PM. If there is a change in transportation for this week, please notify our front office at (509)558-6300.

Sincerely,

Mrs. Alsaker

We are noticing an increase in revealing clothing, cellphone use, and smart watches. Please find the Central Valley School District's Dress Code and Cellphone/SMART Watch policies. We know the "current fashion" right now is crop tops, however, we ask that you do not send your child in clothing that reveals their midriff.

All cellphones and SMART phones need to be stored in the students backpack once they enter the classroom so they do not disrupt the learning environment. Please review the expectations with your child, should they carry a cellphone or wear a SMART watch. If you need to get a hold of your child or change their transportation, please contact the front office.

Health Room

Spills and accidents can occur while your child is at school. We are in NEED of gently used pants (boys and girls) and new underwear (boys and girls) for our health room. If you would like to donate, please drop them off at the front office. Thank you!
