A Note From Miss Fisher
Thank you to Ms. Jacobs, Ms. Ewald, Mrs. Boecke and everyone else that helped to make Science night a success!
The next 5 weeks are busy and exciting for students. Please remember that consistency in routine during this time of year is critical in preventing disruptive behaviors. Keep those #PAWSitiveOfficeReferrals coming!
ASIS Walkthrough
Our walkthrough that was originally scheduled for this past week has not been rescheduled at this time. I will let you know when they send a new date our way.
Vacancies
We continue to look for viable candidates for our three Instructional Assistant/Bus Driver spots (EC PreK, EC, and 1st Grade). If you know of anyone interested please let us know!
Title 1/Cafeteria Balances
Of the families that have applied, we are currently at 30% of our population for Free and Reduced lunch. In order for PES to maintain Title 1 status, we must be at 40%. Also, please ensure the cafeteria balance sheets get sent home with students who have outstanding accounts.
Wishing you well!
Miss Fisher

Office Referrals
Welcome to the #PandaFamily Mrs. Kolodziejski!
Mrs. Kolodziejski will have a meet and greet for her students and families after school on Monday, the 19th.
Morning Greetings...
Staff are expected to greet all students during arrival. We are working to learn more about our brain states and the importance a simple greeting can play on supporting students’ transition from home to school. Greetings allow students to be seen and when done with intention include the four components of connection. This connection allows the brain to upshift, decrease stress and increase cooperation and willingness. By providing choice (touch/non-touch) children have some control as well. It’s an opportunity for creativity as students can also create their own greetings.
Let us know if you need ideas or materials for Morning Greeting options!
