Life is like the ocean. It can be calm or still, and rough or rigid, but in the end it’s always beautiful.
Health
To ensure I have the very best health I can have every day, I will make sure I don't believe I will get sick, have a good subconscious mind, and have a good reflection on my body and my thoughts.
Pain
I have suffered "pain" in the past. I expect "pain" in my future. But, I will react to that pain by telling myself to change my approach, or see things differently. What I will get from that "pain" is to make change of what is causing me to have pain.
Environment
I am Who I am because of my surroundings.
I want to do the best at everything in life, not 80% or 95%, always 100%. So I need to surround myself with people who also give 100%. I know that I am already doing that because my parents and friends also give 100%.
