A friendly reminder from our Attendance Secretary, Ms Anarosa Rivera- REPOST!

Parents calling to clear attendance, please call our ATTENDANCE HOTLINE at (925)682-8000 EXT 5696 and leave a message. Attendance calls get cleared every single day at the end of the day. Students are our priority and we cannot always get to the phone, messages are the best way to excuse absences.

Please leave a clear message stating your student's name (spell it afterwards), date and reason for the absence.

Parent Square is also a great way to clear attendance. Parent Square will send absence notifications if your child has been absent to school, parents will be given the option to send an ATTENDANCE NOTE on these absence notifications.

Please allow AERIES/HOMELINK 24 hours before attendance reflects. We do our best to clear attendance on a daily basis.

The best way to reach our attendance secretary is via email at riveraa@mdusd.org
