LOCAL SCHOLARSHIPS SPOTLIGHT
The Charles Butt Scholarship for Aspiring Teachers
This scholarship, up to $8000 over 4 years, is awarded to a prospective teacher planning to enroll in a Raising Texas Teacher partner university. The recipient must also commit to working in a majority-economically disadvantaged school or in a shortage subject area in a Texas public school.

Bank of America Student Leaders Program
Recipients of The Bank of America Student Leaders Scholarship Program must:
- Be able to participate in an 8-week paid internship at a local nonprofit/charitable organization and work 35 hours a week to begin following the end of the school year.
- Be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship through the end of September 2019
- Be able to participate in a week-long Student Leaders Summit in Washington, DC (July 12 - July 17, 2021) (All expenses paid. This week will be part of your 8-week experience.)
- Be a student in good standing at your school

Texas Student Housing Scholarship Program
Recipients of The Texas Student Housing Scholarship Program must:
- Be accepted to colleges in College Station or Denton, Texas, that have NOT signed off-campus housing leases with a TSH facility managed by Asset Campus Housing.
- Submit transcript, SAT/ACT scores, GPA and application package
- Have a college grade point average of 3.0 is desired for renewal of the scholarship for subsequent years

T3 Partnership Pledge
All T3 Partnership information and updates will be sent to the email the student lists in their Pledge form. If contact information changes, email support@T3partnership.org as soon as possible.
T3 scholarship can only be used at a participating partner college or university; however, completing the Pledge does not commit a student from attending a partner institution. For a full list of participating colleges and universities, visit T3partnership.org.

Maverick Academic Scholarship
This scholarship, ranging from $2000-$8000, is awarded to recipients accepted into The University of Texas at Arlington.
Award winners must also have/be:
- 1100 SAT/23 ACT (optional for 2021-2022 freshmen)
- HS Top 50%
- Full-time enrollment (12 UTA hours) each fall and spring
- Minimum cumulative UTA GPA of 3.0
- Completion of a minimum of 30 UTA hours during fall/spring/summer

Recipients of The GPA Community Commitment Scholarship Program must:
- Minimum GPA of 3.5
- Engaged in community and/or school activities

The T3 Partnership will help your student create a customized plan and ensure that they complete a degree or credential to unlock a meaningful career and living-wage job. Taking the T3 Partnership Pledge is the first step your family must take to gain access to our program supports, which include a scholarship if your student is eligible!
