EECV Family Newsletter

November 2022

Dear EECV Families,

We have had a wonderful second month of school. Our students are learning so much each day they are here and are becoming more accustomed to school routines and expectations. This past month one part of our curriculum focus was "My Family". Students learned about who is in their family, how families take care of each other, and ways families have fun! Coming up in November, we are having open house and conferences (more details below). We also have several days off school, so please be sure to see the important dates section at the end of this newsletter and mark your calendars.

We are looking forward to more learning through play in November. Feel free to reach out to me any time at the email address below if you have any questions or needs. Thank you for your ongoing support!

Sincerely,

Jackie Plantner, Principal

If your child will be absent, please call the EECV office at (440) 284-8250. Feel free to call Nurse Packman at (440) 284-8099 with any questions or concerns about your child’s health.

Dress for the Weather

Just a reminder to dress your child for the weather. We have a small outdoor space we are using until our playground is ready and we will go outside most days if the temperature is over 25 degrees with windchill. Coats, hats, and gloves are important for students to have on chilly days. We also ask that the spare clothes your child has at school is appropriate for the season. If you would like to swap the spare school outfit for a new one, please just send the new clothes in with a note for your child's teacher. Thank you!
