Thank you, thank you, thank you everyone, for your support of the R.U.N Campaign to grow the outdoor environment. We had 100% participation from our entire faculty, AND we raised over $500! We will be sending out letters to our community this week to seek their support and will be boasting our full faculty support.

I am so grateful to all of you and proud to be a member of this team. Can't wait to enjoy the new outdoor environments with you and the children.

End of the Year Checklist

Kelly & Ben have created an end of the year checklist to serve as a guide for you as you prepare to close your environments for the summer. This checklist will be emailed to you shortly after I send the memo - we wanted it to be an easy to open, easy to read, easy to find in your in-box document. Please direct questions to Kelly or Ben or your coordinator.

This is a DRILL, only a DRILL...

We will be doing a lock down drill WITH STUDENTS on May 12 at 10:00am. Please have a discussion with your students to discuss what a lock down drill is, why it is needed (as appropriate based upon the age of your students), what the procedure is, and when it will take place. Lauren will send you a separate email with some attachments to refresh your memory on the procedure. If you need help in preparing for the drill, please contact Lauren and she will answer questions or help as needed.

A note from our Fearless Librarian - Bonnie

We are entering our final weeks of school! It’s time to finish up using your library materials and return them to school.

Primary Students will have their final library book check outs on May 6 and 7.
They may visit the library the following week but will only return books, and not
check out more.

Elementary and Middle School Students should RETURN ALL BOOKS to school by May 15. They can continue to use the library the last week of school BUT KEEP ALL BOOKS AT SCHOOL.

Thanks for encouraging your students to remember these dates.

Soccer Coach STILL Needed :)

If you or someone you know is interested in coaching the Oak Farm Soccer team next year please contact Andrea ASAP.
