On behalf of the entire staff, I wish you a warm welcome to the 2020-2021 school year at Hamilton Ridge Elementary! We are excited to meet you and begin school in this amazing new space. I look forward to seeing you on September 10 or 11 during the Back-to-School Welcome Days. Students in group A attend their first day of school on September 14 and students in group B begin on September 15. This week you will receive communication from your child's/children's teacher(s). 2020-21 Teacher Assignments

There will not be a teacher assignment mailing via the US Mail. Hybrid A/B Groups and teacher assignments are currently available in Infinite Campus. Access to Infinite Campus is on the Parent Portal of the district website. You may also download the Infinite Campus App. For help with Infinite Campus, please contact the or call 952-226-0062.

School Supply List have remained the same since first posted to the website.

Important for Transportation Planning

Getting students to their after school destination is one of the most important school logistical planning items. For that reason, we ask that parents follow the link to inform the school what the "Student Transportation Plan" is for their student by September 3. Afternoon parent pick up for students will be in the form of a pick-up line in front of the school. More details to come regarding the specific process.

Back-to-School Welcome Days

Back-to-School will look a little different this year; to comply with social distancing procedures resulting from COVID-19 there will not be an Open House Back-to-School event. On September 10 and 11, all students in grades K-5 will meet with their 2020-21 teacher for a 30 minute time slot. Students, along with their parent or guardian, will have the opportunity to drop off supplies, get acquainted with their homeroom teacher and learn more about how the Hybrid Model classroom will work. Please follow the link to PTCfast, our conference scheduling website, to sign up for a time slot with your student's teacher(s).

2020-21 Bus Information

Bus information is currently available in Infinite Campus. Once you log in you can view this information under the Transportation tab. Please contact District Transportation at 952-226-0050 with any questions.

Medication Drop Off and Procedures

Medications can be dropped off in the Health Office during the September 10 & 11 Back-to-School Visit Days. Parents/Guardians must have doctor's orders and must fill out the medication authorization form if they want to have the school administer medications. Medications need to be brought to school with the medication in its original bottle. Parents/Guardians need to have their student's doctor fill out the EAP form if their student has anaphylaxis, asthma, diabetes, and/or seizure disorder. Please follow this link to the Health Services web page for all forms. For health related questions, please contact our District Nurse, Suzi Furber at
