Every Monday and Wednesday at Brandon's Beach from 5-6 p.m.
Exercises will be available for all levels: beginner, intermediate and advanced.
Items to bring include: a large towel or mat, water and your excited self, primed and ready to work HARD.

2. Who will run the programme?
Sessions will be lead by Asha Chase, certified personal trainer and the reigning Ms. Island Fitness Queen.
3. How much can I really expect to lose?
Safe weight loss is recommended at between 1-2 pounds a week. So, within 60 days one can realistically lose between 8-16 pounds safely. But it really is up to you! The more motivated and dedicated you are, the more you can lose!
4. What if I don't need to lose weight?
Don't worry there will be prizes for the individual who reduces his body fat the most as well as gains the most muscle.
