Fall Student-Led Conferences

When: Wednesday, September 30th and Wednesday October 7th

(3:30-7 each night) Pick which night and time work best for your family.

The Preparation:

During 1st hour on Monday, September 28th, our students will learn how to log in and check grades. They will report their grades on the goal sheet we've developed for conferences (see below). Then, each student will write one area of strength and one area of growth for each class.

What will families do?

Students and their families will report to the gym first to get grade cards and goal sheets. Students should find an area in the gym to go over the goal sheets with you. They will then pick 3 or more of the activities from the back of the goal sheet to complete. Be sure to turn in your completed form back into the office before you leave. Each student that attends conferences and completes the activities will earn a lunch/recess on the football field.

Student Expectations at Events

It is the expectation at home and away events that students show positive school spirit. Students are expected to either sit with family or in the student section and act in a manner that reflects positively on our school. Any issues with behavior at extracurricular events could lead to students not being allowed to participate or attend future events. Each week gets a little better as we shift to these new expectations. Thank you so much for all you do as families to support school spirit and positive expectations of our kids.

FMS Football Game Location Update

Our FMS football team will have their next HOME game on Tuesday, September 29th. We will be hosting the Boonville Laura Speed Elliott Middle School. The 7th grade game starts at 5:00 and the 8th grade game will follow at 6:30. THE GAME WILL BE HELD AT FULTON HIGH SCHOOL. Admission is $2 for adults and $1 for students. Come out and support our FMS football team!
