Volunteers needed
Museum of Fur Trade would like some help....
To prepare for summer visitors, the new museum director has asked for some help cleaning up the grounds and planting a Three Sisters garden. The garden planting will come a little later, but for now, a date of Tuesday, May 24, from 7:30 to noon has been set for initial cleanup (mostly pulling out grass where it's not wanted). Those wishing to volunteer can show up anytime that morning. Anyone, whether they are in the garden club or not, is welcome to help. If you are working toward the Master Gardener designation, this is a great opportunity to get in some volunteer hours for the requirement. Please reply to this email (meaning me) if you think you could help, whether it's Tuesday or another day.
PS: Diana is out of town, taking a Master Gardener class as it so happens, so Mike gave me permission to send this notice to all garden club members. Please excuse the inappropriate cupcake background, but a picture of flowers (or grass) was not available. Hope to see some of your smiling faces at some point Tuesday morning!
