New Year, new you! We're delighted to have Samantha Moore Meyer lead us in breathing deeply, strengthening and creating new space in our bodies, while learning to let go of stress with heart pumping power vinyasa yoga.
Join us Friday mornings in the Parlor from 9:30-10:30am. Class begins January 10th, 2014. Bring a yoga mat, water, and make a new friend! Everyone is welcome (All classes are complimentary).
