Skyview Upper Elementary School

From the Principal's Desk...

I hope you enjoy this new newsletter format for Skyview Upper Elementary. This will be used to share happenings in our building, interesting things students are learning and doing as well as links to information you might find interesting as a parent of a 5th/6th grader.

The end of January brought about the end of the second marking period - how time flies! Please continue to contact your chid's teacher with any academic concerns. Our staff of teachers, counselors and support specialists are here to help children succeed to the best of their ability. One new thing your child will be engaged in this year at Skyview is the Study Island program. This is an on-line program that supports student learning in specific reading and math academic standards. The program provides targeted information and questions to help students hone their skills. We are looking forward to all of our students using this program.
