Personal Experience
I am glad to say that I am a healthy kid and have not had any experience with smoking, but I have had a friend that has. She has been under a lot of stress with family and school so she decided to start smoking at 14. After that one time she smoked her parents found out and told her water polo coach, so she got suspended from that sport from a long time. She is now getting help from a bunch of people and I hope that she never smokes again.
