For the Week of April 8th
This is OUR TEAM!
Congratulations to Katie Hawk! She had a Baby Boy! Welcome Caleb Daniel Hawk to Our Team!
Things to do this week...
DUE APRIL 25TH.
Common Assessment Data: Check to make sure you have inputted your percentages this week, so everything is up to date. All T2 Data should be in at this time.
- At your TBT's work on reviewing your First Common Assessment
- Give your Math Comm Rep a copy of the test ; or if your grade level uses just part of the test for your CA, please give a copy of those specific questions to your Math Comm Rep
- Explain to your Math Comm Rep as to what topics were strengths and weaknesses - Ch.1 Only.
- Our Math Committee will be taking a look at where the strengths/weaknesses that you report to find possible commonalities among the grade levels during the month of April and May
- Help your Math Comm Rep on your TBT to find data that shows the areas that we need to focus on at your grade level. (Our Math Committee will meet again April 26)
- Provide notes/data to your Math Comm Rep by April 25th.
LEXIA MINUTES - We must be getting our students on the Lexia program. We have a very low percentage in our building of students who are reaching their minimum minute usage, with only 53%.
The program has proven to improve reading skills in grades K-5. Please take a look at your own data and make adjustments for those students who need more Lexia time in the program. If you have questions, please see me.
Check out the Staff Resources Web Page: Lots to see!
