The FHN soccer program honored 3 seniors on October 15th for their commitment and dedication. The Knights begin district play vs. Pattonville on October 26th at Pattonville at 6 pm. The district championship game will be October 29th at Pattonville at 6 pm. Go Knights!

Winter Sports Try-outs

Winter Sports include boys and girls basketball, girls swim and dive, and wrestling. Impact testing for basketball and wrestling will take place on October 27th and October 28th from 3:30 to 5:30 pm. Winter sports tryouts/practices start on November 2.

GAC Sports Education Seminar

The Gateway Athletic Conference is a leader in sportsmanship. The conference is hosted the Sports Education Seminar on Wednesday, October 14th at Francis Howell Central. Ten students and two coaches from every GAC member school participated. The keynote speaker was former basketball standout, from the national program "What Drives Winning?" Students will engage with other schools to improve the leadership abilities of student-athletes.
