Ortega’s Oration
Dear Bryan High Community,
Fall season has arrived in Bear Country! We are halfway through our first semester and students and staff have accomplished so much already. Our homecoming week was spectacular with many students and staff creatively showing their school spirit and Bear pride, followed by a win at our football game this past Friday, and a school dance on Saturday night that was inclusive and fun for everyone! Our students and staff are compassionate, inclusive, resilient, and proud!
Your student/s are in great and caring hands at Bryan High. Please let us know how else we can support your student/s. Did you know we offer a variety of support outside the classroom to all students? Our on-site School Based Health Center Clinic offers medical services to all students and families. Our School-Community Counselor offers therapeutic services to students while at school. Our School Food Pantry is available to any student. Our Academic Support and Tutoring Program is available to all students on Tuesdays and Thursdays after school in our library.
I look forward to welcoming and seeing all Bryan High families at our fall Parent-Teacher Conferences on 10/13 from 12-7 PM. We appreciate your support in ensuring all our students attend school daily and are safe, respectful, and responsible.

Go Bears!
