This newsletter highlights information about parents and guardians joining students for lunch beginning Friday, December 2nd as well our special events this week. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
We are looking forward to a wonderful week!

As always, thank you for your support of East End Elementary.

K5 Alphabet Parade
Parents and Guardians Are Invited To Join Us For Lunch Starting Friday, December 2nd
In summary:
One adult guest per student on Fridays or the school day closest to the child's birthday if it is not a Friday.
We'll begin on Friday, December 2nd.
Please sign-in 10 minutes prior to your child's lunch seated time (noted below.) Your child will meet you in the office to go with you to the cafeteria
We ask all guests to sit on the stage and not with the class. For parents who wish us to be mindful of germs during this flu and cold season, this will allow for visitors without having guests at the class tables.
Parents/guardians are welcome on the student's birthday regardless of the day.
Please e-mail your child's teacher or send a note so that he/she will know you are coming in order to send the student to the office to meet you.
Check-out in the office to turn-in your badge are your lunch visit.
Due to space limitations, parents and guardians will not be able to remain on the stage to wait between lunch times.
Please note the lunch times listed below.
We are excited to have you join us! We look forward to this starting! If you have any questions, please feel free to call me.
