A NOTE ABOUT YOUR GENESIS PARENT PORTAL

Parent/Guardian(s),

It has come to our attention that students are using your Genesis Parent Portal. This is considered an unsafe practice as your account contains a lot of personal information about you and your child(ren) that could be compromised. Each student has been given his/her own Student Genesis Portal without all of the personal information. If your child does not know his/her password, he/she should see Mr. Goldstein during the Lunch/Study period. Thank you for your understanding and putting your child's cyber security first.

PICTURE DAY!

Kids at Heart Photography will be on hand, Tuesday, 9/20 for school photos.

  • Order forms were distributed to students in homeroom last week.
  • If you are ordering, send the completed order with payment in on the 20th.
  • Students will hand their orders in directly to the photographer.
  • You may also order online at www.kidsatheartphotos.com.
  • The preorder code is: DDE Fall 2022.

EARLY PICK-UP PROCEDURES

If you need to pick up your child during the school day, prior to dismissal, please review the following as shared by the Superintendent's office:

  • Anyone needing to pick up their child early must inform the main office of their intent to do so in advance.
  • Advance notice may be done in one of 3 ways:

*Sending a note into school with your child

*Emailing both Mrs. DiStasi (ldistasi@freeholdtwp.k12.nj.us) and Mrs. Loges (kloges@freeholdtwp.k12.nj.us) in the main office directly.

*Calling the day of, preferably in the morning, the early pick up.

It is most efficient for the safety of all staff and students that the main office is aware of all visitors to the building in advance of their arrival to the schools.
