Inspiration for becoming a teacher
I decided to study primary education after a lot of thought and some practical experience which I did at various primary schools.I also personally had a really inspiring primary school teacher and therefore i wish to give people the same experience. I recently received a prestigious scholarship from the catholic education department which was a huge honour.
High school
I attended to high school at Mercedes College where I excelled in many areas, especially in the subject children, family and the community where I received an honour award. I enjoyed my time at Mercedes College as it was a very friendly and supportive environment where I have made lifelong friends. I have always been interested in education and children. At a year 12 level i studied English 3A/B, Human Biology 3A/B, Religion and Life 3A/B,Media Production and Analysis 3A/B , Mathamatics 2C/D and Children, Family and the Community 2A/B.
Employment
I work as a swimming teacher at Arena Joondalup and thoroughly enjoy working with children on a regular basis; it’s amazing how many young children actually teach you.
