PARADE & CAROLING
The Big Lake Elementary Choir is singing in the Big Lake Tree Lighting Ceremony and Parade on Saturday, December 2nd. The Parade starts here at the school at 6:30pm. Choir students need to meet at the portable by the bus loop in their cold weather gear by 6pm. The parade ends at the Lions Rec Center with caroling, cookies and hot cocoa and then it's open skate night, join in and skate too. We look forward to seeing you there!
NURSE RX
The nurse is screening students for height, weight, vision, and hearing for all students in Kdg, 1st, 3rd, and 5th grades starting this month. If you have any questions please call Nurse Moore at 892-9705.
WINTER GEAR
All children need to be dressed appropriately for the weather while waiting at the bus stop and playing at recess. They should wear boots, snow pants, coats, gloves, and a hat. Please make sure your children have these items. Younger children have a hard time regulating their body temperature and do not always know when they are getting cold. If they do not have the appropriate gear they will not be allowed to go to recess. The school has very few items that students may borrow.
LOST & FOUND ITEMS
Can't find your child's gear? Come look through the Lost & Found and see if it is here. Located by the back entrance to the gym.
