Your next step will be to make sure the chair is the correct height so your arms will be relaxed just at the desk. Now your keyboard you will want to be directly in front of you, and your hands rested on the keyboard, but you want palms up. Make sure your back is straight and your feet need to be crossed.

People who don't have passwords are letting anybody come into their files and private information. I recommend having a password for everything. Some people who have passwords use the same password for everything, which is bad. I recommend for everyone to have different passwords for everything. why should you back up your stuff
You always need to back up everything computer, iPhone, or any device that you use just in case of emergency. It is better to make sure everything is the backup then to lose all your important stuff such as picture or notes you have typed. You can backup your picture of Dropbox or iCloud. Dropbox is an app and sends all your pictures to, and you will never lose them. ICloud comes with any Apple device that you get.

When should you back your stuff up? You should back up your personal and critical work data. Which means copying your files over to a protected system that you can access when those files are needed. Things that mean something to you such as a picture or a note someone wrote you. This will save you time and energy. Maybe even money. Backing up your stuff is the best thing you could do. It is a good thing to backup your information.
