Some practices you should have at work to prevent those things happening to you is to be informed what a virus is and how it works. Make sure you use strong passwords and change them often. Look out for Email attachments and internet downloads modules. You need to Install, Maintain, and apply for Anti-Virus programs. You also need to install and use a firewall.

The proper way to sit at your desk

The proper way to sit at your desk at work is to start by making sure your hips are as far back far as they will go. Your next step will be to make sure the chair is the correct height so your arms will be relaxed just at the desk. Now your keyboard you will want to be directly in front of you, and your hands rested on the keyboard, but you want palms up. Make sure your back is straight and your feet need to be crossed.

There is also a slight difference between antiviruses and malware protection.There are many ways a computer can become infected with a virus. One of the most common forms is when a user accepts what they see on the screen without reading the prompt before proceeding. Another reason is a user downloads an infected software. When downloading any software you have to make sure that you are downloading it from a reliable source. Be sure to run your downloads through an antivirus or spyware scanner upon completion.

How should you protect yourself?

There are many ways you can protect from viruses and malware on your computer. Make sure you select the right way. Some popular downloads are Malicious Software Removal Tool and Microsoft Security Essentials. About four ways you can protect yourself from viruses are you can install quality anti virus applications. You can keep anti-malware applications up to date. You can perform daily scans. You can use a hardware-based firewall, and you can make sure you don’t click on email links or attachments. There are many ways you can protect from viruses and malware and it is crucial to do so.

People save and protect their files and private information by adding a password. Sometimes people get hacked by not having passwords. People who don't have passwords are letting anybody come into their files and private information. I recommend having a password for everything. Some people who have passwords use the same password for everything, which is bad. I recommend for everyone to have different passwords for everything. I have different passwords for everything.There are a lot of tools, utilities, and instructions for how to break encryption and passwords on files.

How to create the best password

People create strong passwords by not having birthdays or your pets name. The password needs to be at least eight characters long, and it needs to have numbers included or hashtags. Passwords show the first line of defense against unapproval access to your computer. The stronger your password is the more protected your computer will be from hackers and software. I would make sure you have strong passwords for all accounts on your computer. If you're using a corporate network, your network boss or protector might require you to use a strong password. The secret is to make passwords that are easy to remember but hard to guess.

Do i really need a password for my wifi?

Yes, your wifi even needs a passwords; people can go to the front of your house or in your yard. If you don't have a password, then you can easily get hacked. If somebody hacked your WiFi then they can get into your computer and files and mess all your technology up. If someone hacks your WiFi hotspot on your phone they can do anything on your phone.

why should you back up your stuff

You always need to back up everything computer, iPhone, or any device that you use just in case of emergency. It is better to make sure everything is the backup then to lose all your important stuff such as picture or notes you have typed. You can backup your picture of Dropbox or iCloud. Dropbox is an app and sends all your pictures to, and you will never lose them. ICloud comes with any Apple device that you get.

When should you back your stuff up? You should back up your personal and critical work data. Which means copying your files over to a protected system that you can access when those files are needed. Things that mean something to you such as a picture or a note someone wrote you. This will save you time and energy. Maybe even money. Backing up your stuff is the best thing you could do. It is a good thing to backup your information.
