Hello Maple Hill Hawk Families! We are all looking forward to seeing everyone's smiling faces on Monday, August 9th! Just a reminder our front gates open at 7:35 am and school starts at 8:00 am. Bring your camera and be ready to take pictures of this important day! Once you drop off your child feel free to head over to the front lawn to enjoy donuts and coffee with the Maple Hill Community Club.

August 5th- Informational Zoom Parent Meeting @ 5:30 pm (see below for zoom information)

August 9th- First Day of School

August 9th- Coffee and Donuts with the Maple Hill Community Club at 8:00 am on the grass

August 9th- Minimum Day- 11:30 am dismissal

August 10th-13th- Kindergarten ONLY Minimum Days 11:30 am dismissal

August 11th- Back to School Night (see below for more information)

August 16th-20th- Kindergarten ONLY Minimum Days 11:30 am dismissal

August 19th- Math Olympiad Testing

August 25th - Maple Hill Community Club Meeting at 8:00 am

August 30th- Fall Enrichment Drive Begins

Please join Mrs. McNeil for our first informational parent meeting of the school year. The meeting will start at 5:30 pm on zoom. This meeting will cover a variety of topics including safety, scheduling, a review of policies and procedures, and upcoming school events.

How do I know who my child's teacher is?

  • On August 2nd, TK and 1st-5th grade parents can log onto the Aeries Parent Portal to see who their child's teacher is for the school year. Aeries Parent Portal Link
  • Kindergarten Parents will be able to see their child's teacher starting Wednesday, Aug 4th after 3:00 pm. Aeries Parent Portal Link

Back to School Night Information

Please click on the link below to see detailed information about our Back to School Night on August 11th. Please read the document below carefully because teachers will be presenting at certain times. In order to keep everyone safe at this event please be aware that everyone who comes will need to fill out a health screening and they will need to wear a mask the entire time. Also, this is an adult-only event, please do not bring your child to Back to School Night. If you have any questions, please reach out to your child's teacher directly.
