3 DAY KAOSPILOT TRAINING IN MEANINGFUL EXPERIENCE DESIGN

The KAOSPILOT, the progressive business, design & leadership school in Denmark, will for the first time run it's highly acclaimed 3 day experience design immersion in Spain. The training will help you design experiences with emotion and purpose that change the way people think, feel and act. You will leave with the modern toolbox for understanding, designing and leading the delivery of transformational experiences.
This is a special edition of the program in which we will enrich the Experience Design training with elements of critical and futures thinking with the aim of reaching a deeper understanding of the context of Design, improving the outcomes as a consequence.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
The program is built on the signature Kaospilot training approach that dynamically combines practice, reflection and theory. It’s an immersive training where you will learn through getting and creating experiences. You get the opportunity to practice your craft as a design leader, and apply the skills directly real challenges. You will radically strengthen your ability as a designer to drive organizations, technologies, products and cultures into becoming agents of positive change. You’ll learn a language and frameworks that enables you to create experiences that drive connection and transformation.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND
This program is for people, who want to gain confidence in leading the experience design process. It is for those who dare to ask the questions that are needed in order to create truly meaningful experiences for your customers, employees, and society.
- You are ready to explore how experience design methods can level up your offerings to customers.
- You are already in the process of transforming the experiences you offer your customers/employees to make them more meaningful, creative & engaging, and want a modern methodology to do it better.
- You work professionally as the Head of Experience, Customer Experience, Employee Experience, Experience Strategy... but you want a new and bold perspective on your work.
- You are consultant or change facilitator that wants to develop professionally and harness the power of an experience design approach to creating transformative experiences.
The training will take place in selected art spaces in Santiago de Compostela, a beautiful and vibrant cultural hub and the capital city of Galicia, the historic region in the green North West of Spain that faces the wet winds of the Atlantic Ocean. Santiago de Compostela is mostly known for being the destination of the largest Christian pilgrimage in the world, "El Camino de Santiago". People walk from every remote corner of the globe to reach the Cathedral, where the remains of the Apostle St. James are supposed to rest.
With the collaboration of our main local sponsors, the course also aims to serve as a reflection of the role of Design as a driver of social and economic development, competitiveness and transformation.
⭐️ ABOUT THIS LEARNING EXPERIENCE ⭐️
We are closely monitoring the situation with Corona. Our position is to follow the procedures of the Danish Health Authority.
We will continue and run the training unless:
- If the Danish Health Authority prohibits or recommend no travel or activities to Spain
- If the Spanish government locks down the area where the course is supposed to be held
If we due to the Corona situation have to cancel, we will postpone the course to a later date. If you can’t join on the postpone date we will refund your payment.
The training will be held June 17th - 19th 2020.
The days will be from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm with ample breaks.

Cancellation Policy and Refund Terms - In case of cancellation less than 3 weeks before the course starts, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. Cancellation less than one week before the course starts, will result in a refund of 0% of the registration fee. Cancellation on part of Kaospilot will result in 100% refund of the registration fee. Participants are always entitled to send a substitute.

Alberto spent the last 20 years exploring the relation of people with digital media as an artist, designer, entrepreneur, business consultant and media executive, working for global digital media players (Product Strategist at Yahoo!, Experience Director at ITV, Experience Director at Cheil/Samsung, Chief Experience Officer at Prisa, Strategy Director Grupo Barrabes), but also starting new businesses in the fields of media, technology and experience design (founder of Meaning, a Experience Design consultancy firm).
Currently, Alberto is Creative Partner at Voikers, a new agency that explores new relations between people and brands through conversations and voice technology, as well as a collaborator with Bespoke, a Danish Futures Design firm, teacher of Strategic Design, writer and contributor to a number of creative, social and technology initiatives.
Alberto is always driven by the aim of trying to make the world slightly more beautiful, useful and meaningful than we found it.
HOST & CO-FACILITATOR: STEF SILVA
Stef is a Design Strategist with a focus on Futures Thinking. she carries out her work with a critical eye by reflecting on the consequences that technology and business have on us, on our society and on nature.
She works with large organizations helping them to manage complexity through interventions, narratives, identities, and innovative cultures, starting from the sensibility and the creative processes inspired by Art and Design.
She currently works as a freelancer in the field of Innovation, Future Design and Strategic Design in Madrid, from where she develops projects of anticipation, research, vision, the conceptualization of new services and cultural transformation.
During the last two years, she worked at Soulsight, a leading innovation firm in Spain, combining consultancy with education and, among other things, the organization of PrimerEU19, a leading international event on Futures Thinking. She continued her training in different European schools such as KaosPilot, Hyper Island, H2i, Speculative Edu and Istituto Europeo di Design, extending her education in Digital Strategy, Experience Design, Speculative Design, Future Design, and Visual Communication.
