Progress Reports
Progress Reports have been sent out to parents last Friday via the email that the school has on file. If you need to update your contact information, you can do so in PowerSchool or contact the school.
As we have moved to reporting student grades by each class standard rather than computing a grade from an overall percentage, there is a video below that will guide you through the process of diving deeper into your student's progress than just the overall grade.
The PowerSchool phone app, while a great way to get an overall picture and grade does not do a very good job of showing what assignments are attached to each standard and how students have done on those assignments. However, logging into PowerSchool with your phone's browser does indeed do this well.
If the progress report shows a capital "I", for a class, this would indicate that work is missing and that the overall grade is Incomplete. This would result in a failing grade at the end of the semester.

Ranger Time
After seven weeks of school, this new schedule is working very well as we are able to give many students the immediate help they need to be successful.
Students schedule themselves using a program called Enriching Students (https://www.enrichingstudents.com/). They log-in with the same username and password they use for their Chromebooks. There is also an Android and iPhone app that can be used. Students can use the app to see where they should be each day during this time as well as make their own schedule.
