High School Band UIL Concert and Sight Reading Results

Congratulations to the Keller ISD High School Bands!


Every high school band in the district received a first division rating in both concert and sight reading portions of the UIL contest last week. These superior ratings, along with their first division in marching band earlier this year, earned each band the coveted "SWEEPSTAKES" award from UIL!

Area One Act Play Contest Results

Congratulations to Timber Creek High School's One Act Play "Silent Sky," who has advanced to the Regional Round of the UIL One-Act Play Contest! They will perform next Wednesday, April 20, at the University of Texas at Arlington. The contest begins at 2:00 pm

WGI World Championships

The Keller Central Winter Guard competed at the Winter Guard International "World Championships" last week in Dayton, Ohio.


Keller Central competed with over 120 guards from throughout the United States, Thailand, Britain, Japan, The Netherlands, and Canada. The guard qualified for the Finals Round of the competition, finishing in 17th place overall!

NTCA Indoor Drumline Championships

The Timber Creek and Fossil Ridge Drumlines competed at the NTCA Indoor Drumline Championships last Saturday. The Fossil Ridge Drumline won the Silver Medal for their second place finish in the Scholastic A Division, and Timber Creek brought home the Bronze for their third place finish in the Scholastic Open Division!

Indian Springs Competes in Chet Baker Jazz Contest

The Indian Springs Middle School Jazz participated in the annual Chet Baker Educational Jazz Festival at Denton High School on Saturday, April 9. They received straight first division ratings from the judges at the festival.

Get Out and Vote!

Three places on the KISD School Board are up for election this year! Please remember to vote for Places 1, 2, and 3.


Early voting takes place April 25-May 3. Election Day is Saturday, May 7.


If you have not yet registered to vote, that deadline is Thursday, April 7.


Please know that EVERY vote matters, and every voice is important! We encourage everyone to exercise their right to vote this May!

Trinity Springs Middle School’s Drama Club, Titan Theatre Troupe, is proud to present “SNACKS & ACTS.” This presentation showcases our Drama Club’s talent by allowing our Drama students to perform various scenes, monologues, and even songs for their community while the audience indulges in eating delicious sweets. Titan Theatre Troupe’s “SNACKS & ACTS” will be presented at Trinity Springs Middle School on Friday, April 22nd at 7:30 p.m. Tickets will be sold at the door for $2.00 each. Keller ISD Employees get in free! Snacks, sodas, water, coffee and hot chocolate can also be purchased throughout the night. Come join us for this “sweet” night!

Timber Creek will present their award-winning One-Act Play, Silent Sky, on Friday, April 15, at 7 PM in the Timber Creek FAC.

Admission is free, but donations will be gratefully accepted.
