Giving Tree

Glenhope’s Giving Tree for GRACE is set up in the main hallway! If you would like to help a family in need, please choose an ornament from the tree, and return the unwrapped item by Wednesday, December 16th.

Spelling Bee Pre Test

Just a reminder that the spelling bee pre test will be given on Tuesday, December 15th!

Hour of Code

This week, all 3rd grade students participated in the nationwide "Hour of Code." Computer science is an emerging career field with too many positions open and not enough people to fill them! Computer coding helps students understand the language that makes computers work as well as requires them to problem solve and think outside of the box! Ask your students to show you on their iPads what they've been doing this week with Hour of Code!

In a Snap Words

We have now introduced all 3rd grade In a Snap words and will be assessing them next week to determine which words students excel in and which ones they struggle with in order to help them when we return from break.
