PD DAY, 2/13 - Google trainers will be here next Monday, 2/13 for our PD Day. Please CLICK HERE view the available workshops and then click the register button at the top of that page to select the workshops you would like to attend.
9th-11th GRADE SCHEDULING NIGHT- This Thursday is our current 9-11th grade Scheduling Information night at 7:00 in the gym.
PSAT- PSAT will be held Tuesday March 7th. 10th grade students will be testing in the gym and various classrooms. There will be no bell schedule change. Plan for your 10th graders to be out of class at least periods 1-4. Students are to attend 0 period. Teachers with a portion of their classes made up of 10th graders will be asked to proctor. More information to come.
TEACHER PREFERENCE FORMS- Teacher preference forms are due Friday to Jon.
JUNIOR PROM- Junior Prom is Saturday March 25th on the Hornblower Cruise ship. If you are interested in chaperoning, please talk to Kourtnie.
SPRING SPORTS - Spring Sports begin today, 2/6. These sports include, girls and boys lacrosse, girls and boys swimming, boys golf, baseball, softball, boys volleyball, and track and field. If you ever have any questions or concerns about sports or student-athletes, please contact our athletic director, Earle Paynton at nhsad@mdusd.org and/or visit our athletics website at www.NorthgateBroncos.org.
2nd QUARTER STAFF SURVEY - If you haven’t yet taken the 2nd Quarter Staff Survey, please CLICK HERE to complete it. It should take you less than five minutes to finish.
3rd QUARTER STAFF WALK THROUGHS-We will be starting our 3rd quarter walk throughs starting this week.
MINDFULNESS TRAINING: As a reminder, if you are interested in receiving more training related to mindfulness, we will cover the cost of the online training through mindfulschools.org, For payment, please submit your receipts to Lyndee and she will handle the reimbursement.
OPEN HOUSE- Open House is 2/23 from 6-8pm.
Winter One Acts
The annual Winter One Acts are here! Three dramas, two comedies, three short films and two animations round out the evening, all student-written and student-directed by this year's Production Workshop class. All of you are invited and your money's no good at the box office, so bring a date or the kids and enjoy an evening of Bronco theatre! Showtimes:
Thursday, 2/9 @4pm (matinee! Come the first day and then brag on Friday to your classes!)
Friday & Saturday, 2/10 & 2/11 @7pm
