Dear Centerview families,
Here we go! I’m ready! You?
Welcome to the 2021-2022 school year. I hope each of you have had the opportunity to get away, relax, and enjoy some of your favorite activities throughout the summer. I’ve enjoyed many undeniably wonderful and active summer days with family and friends. It’s been refreshing to say the least. Now, I’m eager to get back with students, staff and families for the first day of school on Tuesday, September 7, 2021.
There is no refuting that we as a school district are in the final stages of preparation for another great start to a school year. We have and will be doing much planning and design as we are thrilled to be back five days a week focused on creating a safe, engaging year of learning.
We’re including here things you will want and need to know as the school year begins. The public health situation surrounding COVID-19 continues to change daily. We will update you if health and safety plans and practices change. In the meantime, you can find the latest updates on the COVID-19 hub.
I look forward to seeing you at school on Wednesday, September 1. If you have any questions or thoughts prior to the start of the school year, please do not hesitate to contact us. As a school, we look forward to partnering with you throughout the year to best support your child’s learning. Enjoy the last few weeks of summer and get ready for what will be a GREAT school year!
My best,
Mike Callahan
