Please note:
Parents with more than one (1) child attending the same school may elect to participate multiple times.
Parents with children enrolled in multiple schools may participate in the survey for each school.
Only one parent per household may participate.
Your participation in the parent portion of the survey helps us understand the conditions at our school and guides improvement. Your identity and survey responses will be kept completely confidential and will never be connected to you or your child(ren).

March 23 Parent Information Night
District 45 invites you to the next virtual Parent Information Night, How to Handle Grief and Loss as a Family which will be occurring on March 23 from 7-8 pm via Livestream. The month of March marks the one year anniversary of the COVID-19 pandemic and during this past year we know that many of our families have dealt with, and may currently be dealing with, difficult circumstances, including the loss of a loved one. For that reason, the District would like to offer families the opportunity to attend a virtual presentation that will be focusing on the topics of grief and loss.
