OLLV Catholic School
2022-2023

Be it known to all who enter here, that Christ is the reason for this school. He is the unseen, but ever present teacher in the classrooms, the model of its faculty, and the inspiration of its students.
Angel Note: February 20, 2023
“But I say to you, love your enemies
and pray for those who persecute you." ~ MT 5:44

Pick Up Procedure/Aftercare Reminders
- Between 2:50 PM-3:00 PM please wait for the teacher to dismiss your child before calling them out of the classroom. Students may not leave the classroom or aftercare without the teacher's/faculty member's permission so we know that all students are accounted for.
- If your child is not picked up by 3:00 PM you may pick them up from aftercare in room 4B.
- Only Adults on the Emergency Pick Up List on FACTS may pick up your child. Siblings and other children may NOT pick up your child either from the classroom or from aftercare.
- Should you wish to have an adult pick up your child from either aftercare or from the classroom please email the name of that adult to attendance@ollv.org and the day that they are permitted to pick them up.
If you have any questions regarding these policies please reach out to the front office.
Parking Lot Reminders
All parking rules are in effect beginning with the first day of school. For the safety of our students, please adhere to the following rules from 7:30 AM until 6:00 PM.
Enter your designated entrance based on grade level.
Speed limit is 5 MPH.
Before school- only Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten are parents permitted to park.
Please do not park in spaces parallel to the school.
Please follow directions for flow of traffic.
Please be kind and courteous to one another- we are a Catholic School.
If you need to park to come to the front office please use the crosswalk.
Drop Off:
Reminder that only parents of grades PK and K can park and walk their child to the PK/K gate. All other families please use the drop off line.
Pick Up:
The safety of our students is our number one priority. Since we no longer have a need to social distance the main gate will be the only gate to enter and exit after school for pick up from 2:50 PM-3:00 PM. You are still able to park anywhere, however we ask you enter and exit through the main gate. As a reminder the playground is not open for students to play on after school.
Please remember to be kind and patient to one another in the parking lot.
Congrats to our Middle School Science Fair Participants and Winners!
