Stress, Anxiety and Depression are experienced by millions of young people. Physician & Filmmaker, Delaney Ruston, discovers solutions for improved adolescent well-being in the digital age.

This year we will feature our own 5K Rawlinson Team shirt and show our support for one of the largest 5k's in the US and in support of education! (More info on RMS 5k shirts coming soon)

Registration is open to Rawlinson parents/students and staff, we'd love to see a HUGE RAWLINSON team this year!

Did you know..... two of the District's largest annual events, the NEF 5K Run/Walk and NISD Los Leones Student Arts Festival, will combine to bring San Antonio a unique community engagement experience! The NEF 5K & Arts Festival is on Saturday, March 28 at O'Connor High School. The race starts at 8 a.m. and the Art Festival starts at 9 a.m. Every race participant receives a t-shirt and limited edition finisher medal.

Funds raised are used to award grants to NISD educators.
