Reminder: Special Education Plan update for Phase 3 Districts
Attention Phase 3 District Superintendents and Special Education Directors/Coordinators:
As a Phase 3 District, the NEW due date for your Special Education Plan is May 1, 2018; however, please pay special attention to the item below:
- ALL PHASE 3 DISTRICTS must check the ‘Assurance’ box in the Assurances>Program Profile section of your Special Education Plan by May 1, 2017.

Title I Schoolwide Plan Information
As a reminder, any schools implementing a Title I Schoolwide Plan will need to have their School Level/School Improvement Plan completed in the web application by June 30, 2017.

Comprehensive Planning Office Hours
Have specific questions regarding your Comprehensive Plan, School Improvement Plan or Charter Annual Report?
Join me at the next CP Virtual Office Hour on May 3rd from 2-3 pm.
The office hours will be held in a virtual format so participants may come and go anytime between 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm on designated days. These online sessions will be offered for anyone who may have questions regarding content, action planning, data analysis, etc.
*Please note – you will need to add these office hour sessions to your calendar in order to set a reminder.
