Student Interviews (Jaden Hancin)
There are many new students this year at Daphne Middle School. We decided that we would interview these students and see how they like the new school and city.
Austin Trent is new to Daphne and Alabama. He is from Pensacola, Florida and says that he likes it here in Alabama but misses his friends from Pensacola. Austin says that there are lots of interesting people in Daphne. He says that he would like to do football in 8th grade but for now he is going to stick with city league.
Jada Gilbert is in 7th grade and is from Smith Station, Georgia. Jada says that it is different here and that the people are kinder in Smith Station, although that the schools are better here.
These are just two of the many students that are new to the city or state.
