Energy drinks have become really popular but they are bad for you especially for teenagers. Energy drinks contain a lot of caffeine. High caffeine consumption is associated with a variety of teen health issues — like insomnia, anxiety, elevated blood pressure, and digestive problems. There are many types of energy drinks like monster and red bull. Teens should not be drinking energy drinks because they don't know how much caffeine is in it.
