ROCK CLIMBING!
This is very enjoyable activity. The goal is to get as high up on the wall as you can. While you rock climb you will use strength in your upper arms to pull yourself up. You will also use flexibility when you reach to hold onto the next rock.
ZIPLINE!
Zip into the new way to get across the park! We offer rides just for fun and to go someplace on the other side of the park! While you zipline, you are using muscular strength to get back up on the platform.
FOOTBALL!
While you play football, you work on your muscular strength and muscular endurance. It is more than just gaining strength, it is also about playing games and having fun! The objective is to score more touch downs than the other team.
VOLLEYBALL!
Volleyball is a great game to play with friends. It is a great competition. Two teams compete to score more points than the other by sending the ball over the net. Bring your team and bring your game.
