Floor Patterns

In this assignment we learned the patterns of shapes, in order to create the dance movement.


Dance is a form of art, and it is also a really good exercise for the body! The techniques of dance, give us confidence, and strength in our bodies and give us a sense of creativity. Dance gives us, through it's variety of techniques and movements, a great way to exercise and gives our bodies a good workout.

Examples of Dance Class:


We learned the techniques of Dance by listening to the beat of a song and watching our teacher show us the moves and followed along. We learned to lip-sync the words and dance at the same time from songs based on films. Finally, we also learned new steps and techniques of dance while we lip-synced and danced to the broadway film Chorus Line.
