How To...
Get a Good Grade on a Test
Are you a student who struggles to make Honor roll? Do you want to be a whiz at math and reading? Well my friend, this is the article for you! I'll be talking about the quickest ways to ace a quiz and the most terrific way to take tests! Ready? LET'S GO!
- Remember to get at least a half hour of studying the night before a test! Sometimes your teacher will give out study guides to help you study. Even if you finished them at school, take it home and go over it with a parent! Promise, it will help a WHOLE lot if you study, even if you just study all the lessons or pages in the book.
- Get a good night's sleep and eat a healthy breakfast the day of your test!
The strongest brain is the smartest brain! All those "disgusting" veggies make your brain healthy, strong, and most importantly, smart! Have a balanced breakfast the day of your test. Don't forget to get a good night's sleep so all that info from your teacher will sink in, and your body and brain regain energy.
- Get your homework done and turned in!
If you do your homework, you're practicing! The homework your teachers give you is usually going over what you learned in your math and spelling lessons. Have your parents check it for you so you don't get everything wrong! If you're confused, ask your parents to help you. They are more advanced in math, reading and spelling than you, so they will be sure you get the answers right. Don't forget to turn the homework in!
- Ask your teacher for tips the day before the test.
Confused on a certain skill or subject? Ask your teacher to help you! Your teacher is a great source for help on something you are not sure about.
