Sem Elementary - Dedicated Everyday in Every Way!

Happy Veteran's Day!

Dear Sem Families,

Thanks again for sharing your child with us for another week. I would like to say a huge thank you to all of the Veterans out there. In addition, thanks to all service men and women still serving in the armed forces.

Next week is that last week of school before the Thanksgiving break. I know that many of you are planning trips to visit family or prepare for family to come visit. I hope you get the chance to relax and enjoy time with family, food, and football!

On another note, I want you all to be aware that I will be doing my best to highlight many of the wonderful things that are happening here at Sem through this newsletter. Therefore, you may see me out and about taking pictures of our staff and students. I certainly will make sure that any students in a picture has had a release signed by parents at the beginning of the year.

Lastly, you may have noticed that our marquee has been turned off. We have had an electrical problem with the marquee and we are waiting for it to be fixed. We are hopeful the marquee will be working smoothly very soon.

Thanks for your support!
