Where I would live in Columbus, Ohio
After I go to college and get my nursing license I will be making up to $55,130 a year. Monthly I will be making around $4,594 so I can afford up to a about a $1,200 monthly rent payment.
Columbus has plenty of homes that are affordable for me like The Farms. The Farms has many things to offer like a pool, clubhouse, garages, and they allow pets. These apartments are ideal for me because it has all the features I'm looking for in a home and the monthly payment for a townhouse is $1,200 which is right at my budget.
