Week of April 1, 2019
Let's keep filling the lobby with BUTTERFLIES! How many students can YOU recognize each day. Our students are doing amazing and simple kind things each and everyday without looking for recognition- recognizing them is our act of kindness... who doesn't like to be recognized for the wonderful things they do!!
Let's keep recognizing students for all the kind and respectful things they do. You can still recommend students for the #GoodNewsCallOftheDay too!

End of Year
This is always an early release day and we will have our awards assembly in the gym that morning- I'll confirm the time... this is usually followed by our Staff end of year party/luncheon- Location TBD
We will have June 14th off (enjoy) but ALL staff should plan to work on June 17th and 18th to complete additional work on our self study and supporting materials.
We are hoping to finalize most of the work by June 18th but there may be some things that will require additional work before the beginning of the next school year.
Wonderful things I saw this week:
Loved seeing all these little surgeons at work putting together their contrations
Second and third grade guest readers read to 8th grade!
I enjoyed he 'recycling' play read by second grade 'actors'! Such inflection and expression in their reading!
