The Washington-Oregon coastline of the United States is an example of this type of convergent plate boundary. Earthquakes ,volcano, tsunami all all natural disasters that can happen. When two plates move towards one another, they form either a subduction zone or a continental collision and make volcanoes and earthquakes.
Examples Mid-Atlantic Ridge and the Great Rift Valley. Iceland is also an example of a country undergoing a divergent boundary. Natural Disaster are volcanoes and earthquakes .As the plates separate the block between the faults cracks and goes down into the the Asthenosphere . Magma seeps upward to fill the cracks and new crust is formed along the boundary. Earthquakes occur along the faults, and volcanoes form where the magma reaches the surface.
