The Macleans Primary 2023 Value-Athon is scheduled for Friday 23 June. We appreciate your support this year as we are raising funds towards the new heating/cooling for the school library and furniture for room 1 to room 5. The sponsorship booklets were sent home yesterday, so please have a look through with your child and begin the Value-Athon!
TIMELINE
Monday 29 May to Monday 19 June
Sponsorship money can be returned between these dates. At anytime you may make the 'flat-fee' sponsorship of $35 or the sponsorship money when you feel ready. Of course, discuss with your child when you feel the Macleans Value-Athon has been completed! :)))
Monday 19 June - Sponsorship sheets returned to class teacher in preparation for Friday's sharing.
**Daily Spot Prizes Announced at Morning Notices begin 13 June To be in for a Spot Prize, sheets and sponsorship money must be retuned to teachers**
Friday 23 June - Sharing Day! (also a ‘Cazh Day - free non-uniform day’). All children will share what they have done towards their values.
Friday 30 June (last day term 2) - Aim for all sponsorship money to be returned by this day **Holidays - chance to gather and organise the money if needed**
Friday 21 July - All final money collected and returned by this time. This is the first Friday of term 3.
Each child is asked to find as any sponsors as possible for the amount indicated next to the value or sponsors may prefer to give a ‘flat amount’. Each child is encouraged to reach a sponsorship amount of $36.00 in total.
Prize for Top Fundraiser is an Apple Ipad.
Second Prize is a $400 Botany Gift Voucher
Third Prize is a $300 Botany Gift Voucher
Fourth Prize is a $200 Botany Gift Voucher
Fifth Prize is a $100 Botany Gift Voucher
There will also be prizes for top sellers within the classes and year groups. Top selling class per year group will receive a Pizza Lunch and a ‘cazh day’. Thank you for your support and for entering into this spirit of this fundraiser.
