Brrrrrr..........it's cold outside!

Welcome 2015

What an amazing start to what is sure to be a GREAT new year! This week was spent talking about winter and snowmen. The kids painted their own snow globes and even created a snowman. This helped decorate our room for winter! We worked on writing the letter A, the number 9, and also the shapes of triangles and diamonds. We continued to work on the Long O and U sounds, and also beginning and final constants. For math we working on counting and also created our own treasure map!! The kids had a blast coming up and creating places on their map. We also started our Job chart this week. The kids seem excited to start it and take on responsibilities around the room. We hope everyone had a successful first week back.
