Teacher CUB Award of the Week
Amanda Rivera
I am nominating Amanda Rivera for kindness, leadership, and empathy because she was the first teacher to come up to me on the first day of my dream job (teaching, of course) to lend a hand by giving advice and to be a mentor! Today, she is still my mentor in my corner (and life coach, at times)! She exemplifies what a teacher should look like: a caring, knowledgeable, selfless, and fun individual who has a heart of gold toward her students and her fellow educators.

PTO CORNER
Here is what is coming up for Kleb PTO:
We are still taking nominations for next year’s board here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1A9ph9t5_T9WxQ4-s10iRfF0GcCh6l7P4qFmz_TSu5lY/edit (or you can print a form from the PTO website)
If you have a little time or a skill to offer, please consider putting your name in the hat so we can create a strong, well-balanced group that represents our WHOLE school. Don’t forget to pass the interest/nomination form on to anyone who will be coming up from elementary school too. We would also like to have a contact in each of the clubs and organizations here to make sure we are as connected as possible to the needs and activities of our kiddos. Thank you for continuing to support Kleb PTO!
