Positive Affirmations I can use
1. Eat right. Make sure I get a good amount of each food group.
2. Keep my body clean. I will take showers, and wash my hands to keep, and maintain my hygiene.
3. Take medicine when needed to.
4. Make sure my mind is set to making sure I am fine, and not sick.
5. I will also exercise right.
I have suffered "pain" in the past. I expect "pain" in my future. But, I will react to that "pain" by keeping calm, and getting through it. What I will gain from that "pain" is that I learn from it, and try not to feel the pain again.
