President's Message
This past week while many of us in the Midwest were trying to stay warm and enjoy “cold days,” the American Library Association was holding its annual midwinter meeting. It is at this event where youth media award are announced. Thanks to social media you may be aware of this year's winners or even watched the ceremony live. Some of the most exciting awards are listed below. Check out this link to relive the excitement with your students for favorite read-alouds. It’s pretty much like watching the Oscars for books.
