Student-Involved Conferences
Fall Parent-Teacher Conference time has arrived. We look forward to visiting with all of our McNair families and students. We have so much to share with all of you and we want to make sure we address any questions or concerns that you might have at this point in the year. McNair is holding conferences on Wednesday, October 18th and Thursday, October 26th from 3:00-6:00 pm. If your family is unable to attend during these two days, please let your student's homeroom teacher know the best date/time you can meet.
McNair’s goal is to meet with 100% of our families. We look forward to sharing your child’s progress. During the student-involved conferences, families will have the opportunity to meet with homeroom teachers and then interact with your student as he/she shares their digital portfolio of current goals, artifacts from each course, and a reflection of their learning/progress. Conferences are a necessary and important component of the family-school partnership toward your child’s educational success. Students will bring home a confirmation sheet with your family's date and time for your student's conference in his/her Monday folder.
Thank you,
Lisa Davis
