To apply for SNAP benefits:

Visit an Oregon Department of Human Services SNAP office and fill out a paper or online application in person. The nearest office is 11826 NE Glisan, 971-673-0909. Call ahead to determine what social distancing policies are currently in place.
Contact Multnomah County SNAP Enrollment Specialist and set up an appointment, any time of the week at 503.320.6658 or 503.928.9689.
Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer (P-EBT)
Households with children who are eligible for free or reduced-price school meals may be able to receive cash benefits for the meals they would have received at school even if they have been accessing meals from schools during the closure. The benefit is equivalent to one free lunch and breakfast for each eligible child – $5.70 per normal school day. Students who get free or reduced-price school meals but do not receive SNAP benefits will automatically receive an Oregon Trail Card in the mail. The funds provided through the Pandemic EBT are available to eligible households regardless of their immigration status.
Families who are not currently signed up for free and reduced lunch, but who have experienced significant income loss due to the COVID-19 pandemic and may now be eligible, can apply online here.
Have you lost food because of a power outage, fire or other disaster?
Do you buy groceries with SNAP?
You may be able to get some of your SNAP dollars added back on your Oregon EBT card. To request replacement SNAP benefits: Fill out and submit a replacement form to your local Oregon Department of Human Services office within 10 days of the loss. You can do this by mail or in person. If you are unable to submit the form within 10 days, call your local Oregon Department of Human Services office immediately to verbally report the loss. You will then have 10 days to return the form after you report. 211info can help you report the loss and submit the form. They can also help you obtain the form in other languages if necessary. 211info is a community partner who can help with any questions you may have about SNAP. It’s free. To find your local Oregon Department of Human Services office, call 2-1-1 or visit https://www.oregon.gov/dhs/offices/pages/index.aspx.
